This is a great place to train or even for base fundamentals. I have been training here for about 10 months. There’s Good coaches and training partners here. I have been able to elevate my grappling and striking through the techniques taught from this gym. Practices are well structured and allow You to fully understand transitions before putting it in action. Sparring is technical and no one has a big ego everyone here is trying to get better. Highly recommended.
